We try to respond to every registration within 48 hours of receipt. If you received an auto reply email from us, then we are probably working on your application. If you submitted your application more than 48 hours ago, and you have not heard back from us, we're sorry. Please feel free to contact us directly.

How can I update my phone number/name/address/company name?
If your account information changes, please contact your Sales Team. Your Sales Team can be found on the My Accounts page.

My password doesn't work anymore. How do I get back into the site?
If you have forgotten your password, or it appears to be incorrect, simply choose the Forgot Your Password? link on the sign-in page. A new password will be generated and e-mailed to you. If your e-mail address is not found in our database, and you have previously registered with the site, please contact us.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, choose the Change Password option on the My Accounts page.

How do I find out about new or upcoming Allied Telesis products?
The Products section of the PartnerPortal always includes our most up-to-date products. For news about our most recently launched or upcoming products, please visit our News and Events section.

If I have a list of part numbers from other vendors, how do I find the Allied Telesis equivalent part number?
To convert competitive part numbers into Allied Telesis part numbers, simply use one of our convenient Product Converters, located in the Sales Tools section of the PartnerPortal.

Do you have pictures, diagrams, CAD drawings or Visio images available of your products?
Photographs and drawings are available for many Allied Telesis products from the Image Library on our Corporate Website If you have a specific request, please contact your Sales Team.

I'd like to use the Allied Telesis logo in my printed or web materials. Can I? Do you have it in JPG/GIF/TIFF/EPS?
The Allied Telesis logo is available for download from the Image Library on our Corporate Website. If you have a specific request, please contact your Sales Team.

Are there any special rules for using your logo or product photos?
Yes. We ask that you do not alter the Allied Telesis logo in any way. Please do not separate the components of the logo, or try to recreate the logo from different type or graphic elements. When resizing the logo, be sure to maintain integrity by not altering the shape or proportions of the components. A white space of approximately 1.5 times the typeface height must be maintained around the logo. Please do not recolor the logo.

Can I link my site to Allied Telesis? Will you link back to my site?
We always welcome you to link your website to our home page at http://www.alliedtelesis.com. Please do not link to interior pages of the site, as they may change. We're sorry, but at this time we cannot support reciprocal linking. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your Sales Team.

Why should I register an opportunity?
When you register an end-user opportunity with Allied Telesis you are gaining a dedicated partner that will pull out all the stops to help you win the deal. Once an account is registered and accepted by us, that customer becomes our joint responsibility. And as we work together to win the business, we pledge to represent your interests as faithfully as we do our own. Visit the My Account page to register an opportunity.

Is there a difference between registering an opportunity and requesting pricing through DealMaker?
Yes. Registering an opportunity is an invitation to Allied Telesis to partner with you in a specific project. When you register your opportunity you will be contacted by your Sales Team. Once you have registered your opportunity with us you are eligible to apply for special pricing through DealMaker

How do I know if my opportunity has been registered?
Your registered opportunity will appear on the My Account page. You may also be contacted by your Sales Team once you have registered your opportunity.

I need a hand with a network design. Do you do that?
Design help is available on registered projects. Simply visit us at the DesignCenter to learn more.

I tried to register for help but it says I have to register my opportunity first.
We ask that you register any opportunities for which you need design help from us. If you have questions about this, please direct them to your Sales Team.

I registered my deal and requested help. When will someone contact me?
Someone will get back to you within one business day.

Simply register your deal on the My Accounts page, and then apply for special pricing through DealMaker.

Will my DealMaker pricing be exclusive?
Your DealMaker pricing will be created specifically for you, though it may or may not be unique. The level of your pricing will reflect the bid, products, job size, end-user and your level of partner commitment. These will all vary from project to project. Please contact your Sales Team for more information.

What promotions or rebates are you currently running?

Can't you email me to tell me about new promotions?
Not at this time. But we encourage you to make PartnerPortal a frequent stop to find out about new promotions and rebates.

Won't I recieve all these promos through my distributor, anyway?
Not necessarily. Though many promotions are run through distribution, some are specific to the PartnerPortal member. Check back frequently to be sure you don't miss anything.
